As a Host, you'll coordinate reservations, manage waitlists, and ensure smooth seating arrangements—all while maintaining a lively and friendly atmosphere that keeps guests excited to return. Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS as well as Open Table Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests throughout their visit Assist with guest inquiries over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support team members by maintaining cleanliness in the host stand area and ensuring guest comfort Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to deliver seamless guest services and uphold hospitality standards Qualifications Prior experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or restaurant environments preferred Strong communication skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor Experience working with POS systems and OpenTable is advantageous Knowledge of guest services experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Excellent guest relations skills and the ability to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant settings highly desirable Join us and be part of a team that values energetic service, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest!
