This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Wage begins at $20/hour including benefits, based on experience.
Expectations:
Schedule & adjust appointments Verify insurance (Required knowledge of dental insurance) Claims & pre-determination processing Strong phone skills, phone etiquette and tonality Establish and maintain patient records Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and friendly, welcoming demeanor Work well with both coworkers and patients; a great communicator, establish trust and care during all interactions Strong documentation skills Soft skills: alphabetizing, filing, math, computer knowledge, data entry, typing, grammar, spelling, punctuation Independently prioritize and complete tasks; keep tasks and workspace organized If this is you and you have an interest in growing with a wonderful group, please provide your resume!
