Harbor Light Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Implants and Periodontal Surgery is seeking an outstanding, patient-focused professional to join our front office team. We pride ourselves on creating a team-oriented environment where each workday is productive, positive, and rewarding. Position Overview This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and registering patients with professionalism and warmth Preparing electronic charts and verifying appointments Managing check-out and collecting payments Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and detail-focused, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The primary location for this position is in Toledo, Ohio. Occasional travel to our Bowling Green, Ohio office may be necessary.
