Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Front Office Specialist to join an outstanding team in Bartlesville, OK. We are looking for people with a "career" mindset and proven longevity with previous work experience . The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient service and long-term contributions to our growing practice. Experience in Orthopedics is a plus but not required. A minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a medical office setting along with recent insurance experience is required to qualify. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients professionally both in person and over the phone Promptly and accurately manage patient inquiries and appointment requests Schedule office visits, procedures, and imaging Notify providers of patient arrivals and coordinate patient flow efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the EMR system Verify insurance coverage, prior authorizations, collect copayments, and provide financial counseling as needed Support office operations through proactive inventory management and supply ordering Deliver compassionate service by anticipating patient needs and reducing anxiety through clear communication Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office at the same facility Open to traveling from one facility to the next as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to accuracy and follow-through Proficiency with EMR systems and general office software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and long-term career growth Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays Compensation Starting at $16+/hour , based on experience and tenure Competitive pay, stability, and growth potential within a supportive team environment
