We are hiring a hard working, dependable person to work in our Medspa Chickasha location. This position will be 9-5 Monday-Friday . Employee must be friendly and able to work well with others. Must be self motivated and willing to learn as the position requires. Must be able to multi-task. This position will requiring scheduling patients working with different EMRs, coordinating care with practitioner and nurse. Will work with marking teams to follow up on leads and schedule. This person will be a valuable part of our team and needs to be able to take direction to complete the mission. Patient care and satisfaction is our highest priority. Must be able to adjust do different personality types. Duties include but subject to change, Keeping work environment clean, registration of new patients, collecting back balances, answering clinic calls, scanning and copying patient documents, photo ID's, creating patient charts and willing to communicate efficiently with other team members to complete patient care. Duties will also include rooming patients, drawing labs, prepping patients for procedures, operating machines like red light, vanquish, Emsculp, and Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude is a must. Experience is a plus but willing to train the right person.
