Dental Receptionist / Front Office Team Member We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and believe that kindness makes a difference, we'd love to meet you. As the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience. We understand that many patients come to the dental office feeling anxious or worried, so empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
~Experience with Dentrix is a plus. ~Knowledge of dental insurance verification. ~Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment. ~Understanding of billing and patient accounts. ~Excellent communication and customer service skills. ~Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
