The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our pediatric clinic offering speech, occupational and physical therapy. Duties
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Utilize computerized system for patient check-in, scheduling, and billing
  • Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information
  • Assist with medical coding and billing procedures
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Take payments and maintain accuracy of patient statements
  • Maintain a clean environment in the waiting room and restrooms
  • Work Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:30; Fridays 8:30-5:00 Skills
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized office systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding
  • Experience with medical scheduling and managing patient appointments
