- 6:45am-4pm, Tu-Th 6:45am-3pm. Please include your resume and a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for this position. Please do not call the office. Duties
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area Skills
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or other electronic dental record systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of front desk procedures in a medical office setting
