The position involves over seeing day to day activities including extensive knowledge in insurance billing and treatment planning is a must. Responsibilities Managing the schedule Post account treatment and payments Presenting Treatment plans and explaining them well Create a positive work environment for the team Enforce and maintain office protocol Daily communication with the office manager and dentists.
