How You'll Help Our Patients Live Longer, Happier Lives:
Provide outstanding patient service and support throughout each stage of the patient experience. Welcome patients warmly and check them in. Answer incoming calls and contact patients to schedule appointments. Provide clear and accurate information to patients, family members, and referring providers. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation. Ensure new patients receive all necessary forms and information prior to their appointments. Verify and manage patient insurance information with attention to detail. Discuss and handle patient financial matters with clarity and professionalism. Assist patients with questions related to treatment plans, billing, and company policies. Support smooth, collaborative operations across departments.
Who We're Looking For:
Availability:
Flexible availability
  • able to work shifts between 7:00 a.
m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, including some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (no Sundays). Please apply only if you meet this availability.
Professional Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear, respectful communication with patients, colleagues, and visitors. Adaptable and quick to learn, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining open to feedback. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to identify challenges and implement effective solutions within established guidelines. Dependable and accountable team player with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of responsibility. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team environment.
