Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Administrator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent patient service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of dental office operations. As the first point of contact for patients, you will manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and record maintenance while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care through efficient office management and exceptional customer service. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing outstanding front desk support and ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule and confirm appointments. Verify patient insurance coverage, review treatment plans, and present financial options. Manage patient records by reviewing documentation, updating medical histories, demographics and insurance changes and maintain confidentiality. Handle phone communication with patients, providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and clarity. Requirements Proven experience in dental administration within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, codes, and insurance billing. Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and clinical confidentiality policies to safeguard patient information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel; typing skills including 10-key typing are essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and record management. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
