Job Description

We are a busy OB/GYN specialty practice seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate Front Office Receptionist / Medical Scheduler (bilingual preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced medical office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Register and check patients in and out. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Verify and collect insurance information. Collect co-pays and patient payments. Type and route patient messages accurately. Scan, fax, and maintain medical records and documents. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (preferred). Previous medical front office or medical scheduling experience preferred. Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) is strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy OB/GYN practice. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
