Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator - Pendleton, OR | Up to $25/hr Our friendly and growing dental office in Pendleton, Oregon is looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a supportive work family — this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet patients and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive Manage appointment scheduling and daily patient flow Answer phones, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries Process insurance claims and payments accurately Keep patient records up to date using dental software (Dentrix or similar) Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented A friendly personality and positive attitude
