Wolfe Dental is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator with experience in dental treatment planning to join our outstanding team! Schedule 4 or 5 days per week 34-36 hours total Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding, patient-focused customer service with a professional and welcoming approach Present and review treatment plans, including insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs Maintain a productive, full schedule to support office goals Process insurance claims and ensure accuracy of patient records Collect and post payments while ensuring financial arrangements are clear and met Organize and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail Prepare correspondence for patients and doctors, including referrals Collaborate with the clinical team to support doctors and staff as needed Build and maintain professional relationships with referring practices Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training Contribute to overall office efficiency by taking on additional responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Experience in dental treatment planning (required) Excellent communication and organizational skills A passion for dentistry and commitment to growth Strong people smarts with the ability to anticipate patient and team needs A positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed Experience with Open Dental Software Why Join Wolfe Dental?
