We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Answer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using office management tools Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative functions Assist with office management duties Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Experience Proven office experience or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting, including managing multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; strong clerical experience is essential Knowledge of office management practices such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and time management techniques Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talent and friendly demeanor make a real difference every day!
