Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time (4-4.5 days, 8am-5pm) Front Desk Receptionist at our general practice dental office in Troutdale Oregon. We are looking for a detailed oriented candidate wanting to join our energetic, fun, and supportive dental team. Candidate must have a least 1 year of dental office experience.   • Duties:
  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups using software
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively
  • Assist with office tasks to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
  • Skills:
  • Experience with and handling high call volumes
  • Computer Skills are a must, we will train on dental software.
  • Knowledge of regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • At least 1 years of dental office experience.
