Medical Front Desk & Receptionist English / Spanish Speaking Preferred We're growing and looking for motivated, warm, and proactive professionals to join our front-desk team. Someone who sees downtime as an opportunity. When the lobby is quiet, you are naturally driven to tackle non-urgent administrative tasks, organize data in the EMR system , or assist teammates without needing to be prompted.Bilingual Skills:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred). Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure patient information is accurate and complete. Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient reminders. Proactively utilize administrative downtime to answer patient inquiries over text message or email, scan documents, verify insurance benefits, and complete other non-urgent office tasks. Coordinate closely with physical therapists and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow and address any front-office bottlenecks. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area.What We Offer:
