Could you be our next Unit Secretary in our 2 out of 4 Weekend Program at Bryn Mawr Hospital?
Position:
Unit Secretary:
Hours:
2 out of 4 Weekends per month,
Saturday & Sunday Shift:
7:00am- 7:30pm or 7:00pm- 7:30am
Experience:
One year of Medical secretarial experience in acute facility preferred.
Education:
High School or GED required Why work as a Unit Secretary? Make an Impact! Are you a weekend warrior? Use your savvy organization and communication skills to contribute greatly to the nursing unit! Working every other Saturday and Sunday, you will organize the activities of 5 Pavilion by performing clerical, receptionist and support duties. You will also facilitate communication pathways for the entire unit and record appropriate, correct and complete information on all medical record forms, patient charts and pathways. Develop and Grow Your Career! You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally. Get Involved!
