Our state-of-the-art facility provides a comfortable, welcoming environment for both our patients and our team. We take pride in practicing dentistry ethically, treating our patients with respect, and maintaining a positive, professional work culture.
Overview:
We are seeking a personable, organized and dependable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing and exceptional experience for every patient. Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong customer-service and administrative experience who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls, assist patients, and direct calls appropriately Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Maintain an organized and efficient practice schedule Collect patient payments and assist with routine billing-related questions Maintain accurate and confidential patient information Communicate with patients regarding appointments, office policies, and follow-up Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area Learn and effectively use dental practice management software and computer systems
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information Basic proficiency with computers and common office applications Reliable attendance and transportation to our Cranberry Township office
