This role is responsible for developing and scaling content that amplifies thought leadership and brings new product stories to life to support campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership. The role requires the ability to transform complex, often technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and reinforce a cohesive brand identity. The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a strategic creator and strong editorial thinker who can balance creativity with precision—and elevate both the quality and consistency of Omnicell's brand voice. Key Responsibilities Create High-Impact, Multi-Channel Content Develop, write, and edit a wide range of content including: ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social posts, video scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, and more Craft compelling headlines, taglines, messaging frameworks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversion Translate complex subject matter into simple, engaging, audience-first content Champion Brand Voice & Storytelling Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and narrative across all content and channels Bring a strong editorial lens to elevate clarity, quality, and creativity Contribute to the evolution of the brand voice by identifying opportunities to differentiate and strengthen storytelling Power Campaigns & Product Marketing Partner closely with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop campaign narratives and content strategies Support product launches with cohesive messaging and compelling content experiences Align content to buyer journeys and key personas to maximize impact Build a Scalable Content Engine Identify opportunities to repurpose and extend content across formats and channels Balance speed and quality to meet deadlines without compromising brand standards Leverage insights and performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness Collaborate Across the Organization Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Digital, Events, and Design teams Partner with external agencies, writers, and vendors to scale content development Contribute to broader communications including PR, corporate storytelling, and internal communications Maintain Editorial Excellence Ensure all content adheres to brand and style guidelines Apply strong proofreading and copyediting skills to deliver polished, high-quality work Uphold consistency and accuracy across all outputs Key Attributes Strong storyteller and writer with a sharp eye for tone, voice, and narrative flow Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, engaging content Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams Organized and adaptable—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and consistency Curious and creative, always looking for new ways to engage audiences Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing Demonstrated expertise in both short-form and long-form content Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with mastery of grammar and style Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns; ABM experience a plus Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications Healthcare related experience B2B companies Work Conditions Occasional Travel Required About Us At Omnicell, innovation starts with people who are passionate about making healthcare safer and smarter.
