Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, managing patient records, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrates excellent customer service and strong team collaboration skills.
Schedule:
