Job Description

Onyx Wellness, an integrated wellness facility featuring chiropractic, medical and a beautiful new spa, is offering an exciting opportunity to become an essential part of our business! We are looking an energetic well rounded person to work in our completely renovated, beautiful, Hyde Park Road location. The candidate that we are seeking should have experience and some knowledge in one or more of the following areas
  • receptionist, customer service, patient care coordinator, chiropractic or medical office reception, chiropractic assistant, spa concierge.
The ability to work well with the public is a must. Medical EMR software knowledge is helpful. This position is part time with flexible hours. Must be available some evenings (we close at 6 or 7 PM) and possibly some Saturdays until 5 PM. Parking is free in our attached lot.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
