As a front desk receptionist, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients while helping keep the daily operations of our busy dental office running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answering and managing incoming phone calls Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments Maintaining accurate patient information and records Checking dental insurance eligibility and benefits Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and insurance information Assisting with general front desk and administrative duties Working closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of dental office/field experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dental office Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning office software Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to handle patient information professionally We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy front desk environment, and is committed to providing excellent patient service.
