In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will help create a relaxing environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine administrative excellence with a passion for health and beauty services. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm Utilize EMR to update patient records accurately Handle patient intake processes, including collecting medical history and updating consent and procedure forms Understand and master the checkout procedures so the client experience is smooth Maintain organized medical records, files, and documentation review processes while ensuring confidentiality per HIPAA standards Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing prompt assistance and scheduling follow-ups as needed Skills Proven experience in medical office management or as a medical receptionist within a clinic or dental setting Familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments is desirable Excellent customer service skills Skilled in clerical tasks including filing, data entry (10 key typing), appointment scheduling, and maintaining medical records Knowledge of health information management standards combined with office experience in a busy clinic or dental environment Embark on a rewarding career where your administrative expertise meets the vibrant world of health and beauty.
