We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced medical office, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments. Check patients in and out efficiently. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations. Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances. Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
