Our office is unlike most orthodontic practices. We're a fully digital, technology-driven practice where the majority of our patients are treated with Invisalign. 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Tuesday:
9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Wednesday:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Thursday:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Occasional Fridays:

- 30/hour Full benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off Continuing education and professional development support Modern, chartless, fully digital practice Established, doctor-owned practice with an outstanding reputation in the community Collaborative team structure with clear workflow boundaries so administrative tasks never get in the way of patient care Responsibilities Greet patients and families warmly and set an exceptional tone for every visit Answer phone calls, emails, and patient messages promptly and professionally Manage daily scheduling, confirmation workflows, and appointment efficiency Coordinate new patient consultations in close partnership with our Treatment Coordinator Verify dental and orthodontic insurance benefits and eligibility ahead of appointments Submit insurance claims, track claims status, and manage patient billing accounts Process payments, post adjustments, and present financial statements clearly Coordinate communication and records with referring dental offices Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception environment
Qualifications Required:
At least 1 year of front office experience in a dental or orthodontic practice Practical understanding of dental insurance verification, claims submission, and patient billing Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural hospitality mindset Strong attention to detail, reliability, and steady organization in a fast-paced environment High level of comfort navigating modern practice software and digital workflows
Preferred:
Hands-on orthodontic administrative experience Familiarity with TOPS practice management software (or similar orthodontic software; we will train the right person) Working knowledge of orthodontic insurance codes and ledger structures We're Looking for
