Join our healthcare team as a Medical Secretary, where your organizational skills and compassionate communication will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, managing administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your expertise in medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems will ensure smooth clinic operations and accurate record-keeping. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while utilizing your comprehensive medical administrative support skills. Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in and check-out processes using Practice Fusion EHR system Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing and filing. Update patient information, and coordinate with healthcare providers for smooth clinic operations. Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar medical administrative role within a clinical or hospital setting. Proficient computer skills. Exceptional organizational skills with high level of professionalism and self motivation. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills. This role is an integral part of our healthcare team dedicated to providing outstanding patient service through meticulous administrative support.
