This is an important position within our practice. Our front-office team is often the first point of contact for our patients, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service while keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities include electronically scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining insurance authorizations, answering a busy telephone system with professionalism and excellent customer service, communicating with patients, physicians, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals, scanning, faxing, uploading and electronically organizing medical documentation, maintaining accurate patient information and records, working closely with our clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience.
