Villanova Dental Group and Byers Station Dental are looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are comprehensive dental practices providing high-quality general dentistry with a strong focus on dental implants, clear aligners, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is comfortable speaking with patients both in person and over the phone. Dental office experience is a plus, and 2+ years of experience is preferred , but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive experience from check-in through check-out
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Maintain an organized and productive provider schedule
• Help fill last-minute openings and manage schedule changes
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Collect patient payments and discuss balances
• Assist with insurance verification and benefit information as n Schedule & Locations This position requires the ability to work at both Villanova Dental Group and Byers Station Dental.

• 6:00 PM | Byers Station Dental

• Chester Springs Tuesday:

  10:00 AM
• 7:00 PM |

Villanova Dental Group Wednesday:

9:00 AM

• 6:00 PM | Byers Station Dental

• Chester Springs Thursday:

  8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM |

Villanova Dental Group Friday:

Administrative Hours 3 Fridays per month at the Chester Springs location and 1 Friday per month at the Villanova location
