Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Newport / Middletown area of Rhode Island.
Position Details Title:
Part-Time Medical Receptionist Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience
Location:
Newport / Middletown, RI area Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Handle administrative and front desk duties Support smooth daily office operations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements Must be friendly, dependable, and an effective multitasker Experience preferred, but not required (training available) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a busy medical office environment Must be a non-smoker Dress Code Hospital scrubs or office casual attire Team Structure You will be working alongside another part-time receptionist. We are looking for someone flexible and collaborative, able to adjust or occasionally swap shifts when needed. The expectation is mutual flexibility between both part-time staff members to ensure coverage and balance. If you are reliable, adaptable, and enjoy working with people in a supportive medical office environment, we'd love to hear from you. If you're a dog person, you're in for a treat!
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
