Job Description

Job Summary We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Admin to support a busy outpatient health facility in Aiken, SC. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. Every day, you'll help patients feel welcome, coordinate appointments, support clinical staff, and contribute to a positive office atmosphere. You'll join a respected healthcare team of approximately 20 clinicians who are dedicated to providing quality care to the community. If you're calm under pressure, detail-oriented, quick to learn new technology, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. This position offers a strong possibility for long-term opportunities and valuable experience within the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and assist with check-in for appointments in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide customer service, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for clinical and medical staff.
  • Obtain patient vital signs for telehealth physician appointments.
  • Update patient demographic and financial information during the check-in process.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality while supporting daily front office operations. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $15.00 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Temp-to-Hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Hours:
    37.5 hours per week.
  • Assignment Length:
    Temporary assignment expected to last at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
