The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and familiarity with medical coding and electronic health record systems. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist them with check-in procedures. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records using computerized systems Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Process patient billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate coding for services rendered. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for patients. Requirements Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Proficiency in using computerized systems for office management and record keeping. Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
