This is a full time position. You must be able to work Monday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday, 8:00am-7:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday 7:00am-12:00pm.

Responsibilities include being the first face patients see when they arrive, offering concierge-level customer service, having a friendly and caring attitude while being incredibly professional and organized. As our receptionist, you will answer phones, call patients to schedule appointments, help manage the clinic schedule and assist with administrative duties and office tasks. Please apply if the qualifications below sound like you: You have prior medical receptionist experience. You can answer the phones, schedule and greet visitors - all with a big smile! You have a cheerful phone voice and top-notch communication skills. Incredible customer service skills are one of your strengths - you pride yourself on making others feel welcome and relaxed. You are kind and extremely patient, both on the phone and in person. Our patients ask lots of great questions! You are professional at all times - no job is too small and you go above and beyond to help the team. Computer skills -a love of computers and quick ability to learn new systems fast. You are passionate about the medical/aesthetics industry as well as your own wellness. You like to keep busy and help others. You are very organized. You keep lists and stay on top of action items. You stay focused and on track - especially with regular interruptions. You are great at remembering the little details. Your attention to detail ensures things don't fall through the cracks. You thrive on meeting new people, are outgoing and cheerful. Prior experience in the medical/aesthetics industry required.
