- Ensure all new patients complete registration in accordance with OMH policy, Quality standards,
- Offer and assist patients with voter registration procedures.
- Verify and update patient insurance information to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
- Greet all patients and visitors upon entry and exit with a respectful and responsive attitude.

Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (College degree or administrative certification is a plus).
- Previous experience in a medical office or front desk setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance.
