Checking patients in / out and scheduling follow-up appts Collecting new patient paperwork and updating the system Verify Insurance Collecting co-payments and balances Keeping track of all money in the cash drawer and all payments Balance batch at the end of the day Answering incoming calls/help check-in/sort and scan records Qualified candidates must have previous medical office experience, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be organized and detail-oriented.
