Job Description

Are you the kind of person who walks into a busy office, quickly understands what needs to happen, and takes ownership? Do you lead with confidence, positivity, professionalism, and urgency? Our pediatric dental practice in Franklin, TN is looking for a strong Front Office Leader who is ready to learn our systems, earn the trust of the team, and then take the bull by the horns. This is not simply a front desk position. Communicate With Confidence Answer phones professionally, guide conversations, solve concerns, and help families understand their options. We are looking for someone comfortable taking control of a conversation while still being kind and helpful. Learn and Follow Our Systems We have established systems, checklists, expectations, and workflows. A great leader first learns the system thoroughly before deciding something should change. Stay One Step Ahead Recognize what needs to be done without constantly waiting to be told. Follow through on unfinished tasks, anticipate problems, and bring solutions—not excuses.
