Job Description

We are seeking a professional full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for highly-organized, self-motivated, polite candidate with high work ethics. This position is very critical for our office since it is responsible for running the office smoothly and efficiently as possible. The position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment, making appointments, collecting account payments, and high attention to detail. Candidate must show up on time regularly and attendance is must.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized Registering new patients into the system and scheduling effectively Updates insurance details/phone numbers/change in address of existing patients when needed Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff Responds to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner Checks in and checks out patients Promptly responds to patient's voice messages Processes medical records requests
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1year medical front desk experience Strong communication and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Full-time Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
