Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Professional, polished, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Exceptional customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Experience with patient scheduling, medical records, and administrative workflows Previous medical office or Medispa experience is strongly preferred
