Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including checking in patients Checking insurances Assist patients with paperwork Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in electronic health records (EHR). Assist with patient drug screens Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-care instructions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Requirements Proficiency in EMR systems certification. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. 2+ years experience (preferred)
