Modern office setting We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems .

Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Verify patient insurance information
• Collect co-payments and payments for services rendered
• Manage patient records and ensure they are up-to-date

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of phone , computers, typing skills a plus.
