JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARYOF POSITION
Responsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.Compensation:
$15.50- 17.
Location:
Springfield, TN Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per weekMonday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00PM Friday:
8:00 AM-4:00 PMESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains schedules of clinical staff. Entry and verification of client data Collects copayments Responsible for technology support for telehealth appointments Answers multi-line phone Registration of clients in the electronic medical record Excellent Customer Service to promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused Research and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sources Prepare and scan documents to internal HIM Cross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
High school diploma or GED required Certification/Licensure V alid and unrestricted driver's license is required with 3 years of driving history.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
