Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance coordinator

REGEN Periodontics & Dental Implant Center, Allen, TX Job Description:
Hi! We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist. This role includes managing the front desk, including all aspects of dental office patient interaction (insurance, treatment, scheduling etc), and supporting other office tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception:
Greet and check-in patients. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar. Answer phone calls and handle inquiries. Manage patient records and billing. Verify dental insurance Present and coordinate treatment
Qualifications:
Experience in a dental or medical office preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. We look forward to hearing from you!
