Medical Check-Out Representative | Atascocita, TX For more than 60 years, Berkeley Eye Center has been a trusted leader in vision care throughout the Greater Houston area. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Medical Check-Out Representative to join our team at our Atascocita location. Position Summary As a Medical Check-Out Representative, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. . Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A minimum of 2 years of medical office experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred Experience with: Patient check-in and check-out procedures Appointment scheduling Insurance verification Multi-line phone systems and professional telephone etiquette Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or another vision care setting is highly desirable. However, we welcome candidates with a strong medical office background, stable work history, and an eagerness to learn a new specialty.
