• Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules
• Document medication administration and resident responses
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to medical staff
• Maintain accurate medical records

• Experience in senior care
• Knowledge of dementia care and acute care
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to take vital signs accurately
• Understanding of medical office procedures
• Proficiency in managing medical records
