- Escorting patients to exam rooms - Pay based on Plastic Surgery Experience
- Obtaining standardized patient photos and updating them onto the server
- Cleaning and preparing patient exam rooms for new patients and turning over rooms
- Keeping an organized and functional work space
- Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products
- Routine medical office paperwork and/or secretarial functions such as typing and basic correspondence
- Scheduling, re-scheduling, and confirming appointments
- Cross-trained to assist with consults
- Return patient phone calls, answer basic questions about pre and post-procedural care
- Ability to process patient reward systems such as Aspire
