Job Description
Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist Beaumont West Animal Care is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced veterinary hospital. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and thrives in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and compassionate care to their pets. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude Answer a high volume of phone calls and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate medical records Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and fellow team members Assist with client questions and provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean, organized reception area Perform additional front office duties as assigned Must be comfortable safely handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Qualifications Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must enjoy working with both people and animals Ability to work well as part of a team Schedule Full-time position Must be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of a busy veterinary practice Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Employee pet care discount Opportunities for growth and continued learning Supportive team environment 75% employer-paid health insurance If you are compassionate, hardworking, and enjoy helping both pets and their owners, we'd love to hear from you!
