Coppell, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $22 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Client file management Faxing Physical document handling Office record organization Full Job Description Responsibilities include: checking in patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling patients, verification of insurance, making phone calls to confirm patient appointments, insurance authorizations for HMO plans. Work comp familiarity is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Scheduling & Communication:
Utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments. Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments and respond to inquiries via phone or email. Answer patient questions and provide support as needed. Working on incoming patient referrals.
Insurance:
Verify insurance coverage, including eligibility and benefits. Assist with obtaining prior authorizations and referrals, especially for HMO plans. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and organization to support efficient office operations.
