Position Description:
We are seeking a high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team. Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). You are the initial point of contact for patients•The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner. Patient Registration Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency. Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar. Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately. Insurance verifications Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls Payment processing along with financial counseling Locations & Travel Location(s): Corpus Christi and Victoria area Travel between both locations required Fully paid travel for training to the Rio Grande Valley area may be required for 2 weeks.
Schedule:
Full time Monday•Friday Saturdays and/or Sundays (Between 0-2x weekend days per month) required Days start as early as 6:45•7:30 AM (patient-dependent).
