Job Description
HealthWise Clinic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our growing Primary Care team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every patient and is willing to go above and beyond to meet their needs. Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. Answer and manage a multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently. Schedule appointments and assist patients with questions and requests. Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information. Process medical records requests while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Support providers and fellow team members with daily office operations. Complete additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Passion for providing outstanding patient care and customer service. Previous medical office experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic.
