Full-Time | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Overtime required (2 to 3 hours of OT a day, 5 1/2 to 6 days per week) Pronto Staffing is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a busy manufacturing facility. Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a dependable team member to fix and maintain production machinery. In this role, you will work on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to keep the factory running smoothly. You will also help minimize machine downtime by performing regular preventive maintenance. Responsibilities Find and fix problems with industrial factory equipment Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machines Repair conveyor systems, overhead cranes, and related parts Read and understand electrical blueprints and technical drawings Follow all safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout procedures Keep maintenance tools, spare parts, and work areas organized Talk with supervisors about machine issues and repair updates Requirements 2 or more years of experience as a maintenance technician Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical and hydraulic systems Good understanding of pneumatics, mechanics, and conveyor systems Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Strong organizational skills to manage tools and parts Experience with Allen-Bradley electrical controls is highly preferred Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Working in an indoor, non-climate-controlled manufacturing plant Exposure to heat, dust, loud noise, and moving machinery Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing during the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must wear steel-toe boots, long pants, and proper industrial attire Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
